What we do.......

Avalon Microsanctuary is a 501(c)3 non-profit who rescues rabbits from harmful, neglectful, and abusive situations. The animals are treated by a veterinarian and placed in new homes after a thorough application and vetting process.

We are over capacity and closed to new surrenders.

The Avalon Nursery

Currently Avalon has three litters of baby bunnies. All of them were born at the rescue within days of mom arriving at Avalon. Check out this adorable video of mama Papaya and her spunky babies!

Bunnies of the Week

Arthur and Luna! Arthur is a gorgeous red, loving rabbit who isn't bothered by much. He is the exact opposite of his mate Luna the lop. She has an opinion about everything! They are obsessed with their cardboard boxes and would love to be in a home. They were returned to Avalon after their owners had to move out of the country. Contact us to meet these sweet bunnies!

Bunny Poop Compost Mix
